Careers / Customer Service Representative
Provide effective customer service by building working relationships with customers over email and phone. You'll use in-depth knowledge of our products and programs to assist consumers, dealers, and sales representatives, working closely with other departments to keep orders moving and inquiries answered.
High school diploma with 0 to 2 years of related experience or equivalent. Excellent verbal and written communication, strong attention to detail and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. AS/400 experience a plus.

We post real pay ranges, not “competitive pay.” Experienced upholsterers and trimmers earn $23 to $35 an hour, and every role on this site lists its own real hourly range.
We review everyone on a 90-day cycle. As you build experience and can work on your own, you're up for a raise: your pay keeps pace as your skills grow.
