On The Job Training - Craftmaster has a select number of training positions available in the Sewing and Upholstering areas. Learn the skills required while you get paid! This program is reserved for the select few that have the desire and dedication required.

Career Path - Craftmaster always prefers to promote from within the company. We have had many of our Supervisors and Managers promoted to their positions from within the company.
