We post real pay ranges, not “competitive pay.” Experienced upholsterers and trimmers earn $23 to $35 an hour, and every role on this site lists its own real hourly range.
We review everyone on a 90-day cycle. As you build experience and can work on your own, you're up for a raise: your pay keeps pace as your skills grow.
Get paid to learn
You don't need furniture experience to start. We train you on the job, paid from day one: you learn the trade hands-on and pick up new skills as you go, all while earning a paycheck.

Our headquarters and main plants are in Hiddenite (221 Craftmaster Road, NC 28636), with additional plants in Taylorsville, Lenoir and Wilkesboro — five across the state.
